All dance classes are taught by profesional and successful instructors. Each of them have several years of experience not only in dance but with children. We teach technique, etiqutte, and life lessons here at SEDA. Come see the difference with 1 week free trial!

We keep our classes small and no more than 15 to a class, so we can focus on each individual dancer.

Dance Styles

acro

3 levels

ages 4-18

Acro dance is a style of dance that combines technique with precision acrobatic elements. This class will guide students in increased flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, discipline and concentration.

ballet

5 levels

age 3 to adult

Ballet is the basis of ALL dance forms. Students will learn basic body and feet positions, barre technique, terminology, center floor work and proper studio etiquette.

contemporary

3 levels

ages 7-18

Contemporary is a style of dance that uses strength from the dancers core found in ballet and jazz and combines them to be used in creative and expressive ways with music. We sometimes improv in this class to express our inner dance self.

Hip Hop

1 level

ages 7-12

A fun and energetic co-ed class.  In this class, one will learn to move across the floor. This high energy class will emphasize musicality, coordination, basic footwork, improvisation, strength building and style.

jazz

Jazz is a style of dance that uses ballet technique and is always changing. It is fun and full of energy. There are many syles of jazz and we have fun and learn many different elements along with center floor combos, across the floor techniques and strength conditioning.

tap

3 levels

ages 3-18

Tap classes are designed to develop rhythm, style and sound. Our Tap focus is on building flexibility of the knee and ankles, coordination, and speed of movement.

voice for musical theater

3 levels

ages 10 & up

Students will learn to balance and blend all vocal registers, to support their voice effectively and to build power in their voice. They will learn to read music and learn music and background about Broadway Musicals. Students will perform at the year end recital.
